Hey Christie, I have a question. Does this coupon mean 2 NYC items purchase of $3.00 OR 2 NYC priced at $3.00 or more each? It seems if it was a purchase of $3.00 or more it would just say that. Very confusing!
It prints $1.50 off any 2 NYC products ($3 or more). It pictures the nail polish and lip product that are regularly priced at $1.99 at my CVS (probably cheaper at Wal mart), so I’m thinking it’s a combined purchase of $3. I think they probably didn’t want you to use it on ONE product.
