If you stop at CVS this weekend, be sure to checkout the Christmas clearance. I found all the traditional Christmas items on 50% off clearance as well as a ton of toys! I also found lots of candy clearanced and other food items like Planters 3pk sets, cookies and more. If you find the Planters you can grab those for only $4.49 each after the $1/2 Planters Nuts or Peanut Butter, exp. 1/31/15 (SS 11/16/14) [6-oz.+; DND].
All the toys I scanned rang up 50% off and so did many of the Pet gifts. None of the cosmetics, fragrance or personal care gift sets rang up 50% off, so we may have to wait longer to see any significant discounts on those.
Keep in mind, after Christmas clearance tends to be regional at CVS, so although my area went to 50% off, some areas may be at 25% off and others went straight to 75% off for their clearance! So it’s certainly taking a look to see what you can find.
It’s a great opportunity to stock up on holiday decor for next year or to pick up some nice deals on toys for the gift closet.
