I watched the video and learned to exfoliate two times per week.
The video told me to add Simple water wipes to my daily cleanse of my face. Will try since the summer does such hard damage these will be a nice addition.
I didn’t know that it was best to moisturize right after showering AND wasn’t aware of using “lighter” lotions during summer months. Very useful info!
