Sip & Save Offer at CVS – Free Drink WYB 6!

by Christie- on November 25, 2016

sip-save-dealThere’s a new Sip & Save Offer at CVS! You’ll earn 1 free beverage when you buy six that is running thru December 24th. This deal includes only beverage 1 (one) liter or smaller and it excludes milk products. The free beverage will print in the form of an Extra Bucks Reward from the Coupon Center Kiosk several days after you make the required purchases. You can grab this deal a maximum of three times.

Mine printed for a two at a time since I’d bought a bunch of beverages. The maximum value of the reward read $6, so this one will probably print for $3 if you just buy six and not 12 as I did.  You can use it on any beverage one liter or less. I spotted the Sip & Save notice on the refrigerators, and despite the fact it expressly excludes Arizona teas, those are the beverages that I bought and they counted for the reward. These often go on sale for around 50¢ each and my store always has lots in stock. I’m not to sure if these will keep working since it’s not meant to work on these, or if they will work on all flavors.

You’ll be able to grab some really nice deals. I was able to redeem my coupon on two OceanSpray Pact this week. I paid nothing, and earned $3 ECB from this week’s ECB deal 😉 .

We have a printable for $1/2 Coke or Vitamin waters. I saw Vitamin waters were on sale today when i was shopping but didnt realize what the Buy 6 1L or less get 1 free was on my receipt. Awesome, will be watching for another deal.

I saw the “Sip and Save” sign at one of the CVS stores. We only have two in my area. I bought 12 Starbucks iced coffees (4 at one store and 8 at the other). I asked the cash register if they had to be bought all at once, she said “no” that they keep track on your account. But I bought 12 drinks and nothing printed. I kept the receipts but is there any recourse? The Starbucks iced coffee was buy one get one at $2.19, but even if the “free” one doesn’t count, it seems I should have gotten credit for at least six and it would have printed something. I wondered if it had something to do with the “milk” exclusion, some of the SB iced coffees do have milk IN them (but not all of them do). Maybe not all stores participate? It seems odd that one would and the one down the road wouldn’t.

I’m not sure on the Starbucks or the “free” items but I do know it’s not immediate. It’s a few days later when you’ll get the coupon from the machine like the beauty bucks. You’ll also see the tally at the bottom of your receipt.
