They do! You get the ECB when you’re a few pennies away at CVS. It’s really strange that this deal didn’t work for you. I didn’t grab it because they were all gone at my store. Maybe you should try calling the 800# to see if they can make good on the offer. I mean, since they always do print shy of a few pennies.
