It’s a great deal to grab one item free, but here is a multi transaction to roll your ECBs. The limit on the ECB is 6. Even though the $3 manufacturer’s Revlon coupon is for any cosmetics, it beeps for most nail colors. I was able to find three in my store (But keep in mind I did not try every single one so there may be others) where it did not beep.
