I have a question. I bought 4 softsoap body washes at the physical store. That gave me $6 extra bucks. ($3 for each set of 2)
I came home and saw the limit was 5 for this ecb deal and I ordered 4 softsoap hand washes but it says I will only get $3 extrabucks, not $6 like I got at the store.
Is this how it works for everyone when there are multiple ecb buck deals you can get- You get paid at the store for each one you fulfill but online only the first one? Should I have broken my online transactions into 2 sets so I would get $3 for each 2 I purchased?
Hi! Rita, once I tried to order something like that but I noticed it read I was only earning the ECB once, so I just went ahead and ordered stuff to get the ECB once. I actually have not tried to put in second order to see if that would generate the ECB again. Why don’t you call Extra care and ask?

I am pretty sure the second one online would generate a new ecb, because there is a limit of 5 – my question was more if it was working like it should to only give me one $3 ecb when I bought 2 sets or was it “broken” when I got it at the store for $6 for 2 sets or does it always work differently for online than for physical store on this point. I would be more inclined to go thru the wait of extracare if I was sure it did not work right when I purchased it online and should have received $3 more.
