CVS Health First Aid Single Gauze Pads As Low As Free!

by Christie- on June 3, 2020

There’s been an awesome deal running for a few weeks for a FREE First Aid Case when you buy three select First Aid products. I barely had a chance to try this one out online to see how it works. I grabbed three gauze pads. I have Carepass so these qualify for the 20% off. The 4×4 Sterile All Purpose Pad that is $2.19 ships free with Carepass

CVS Deals (thru 6/6)
Buy (2) CVS Health guaze pads priced at $1.79 Reg.  Price
Buy (1) CVS Health 4×4 Sterile All Purpose Pad, $2.19 Reg. Price
20% Off with Carepass [-$1.16]
Total = $4.61, Get back $3.99 ECB for Free First Aid Case for buying three

Once you get the $3.99 ECB for the First Aid bag, it doesn’t work on the bag if you have Carepass because IT IS priced at $3.99, and it will also be 20%, but you can grab any other item and you can apply it to your order! So that made me think that it is just coded like an ECB, and it is. I took the First Aid Case out and you can still apply it to anything.

So if you grab the bag, you’ll pay $1.15 for each First Aid Item (including the bag) OR if you choose to use the $3.99 ECB on anything else, then it’s 21¢ per gauze product!

If  you’re grabbing this deal with other products where there is a Carepass Eligible item you can grab three of the $1.79 products…

Buy (3) CVS Health guaze pads priced at $1.79 Reg. Price
20% Off with Carepass [-$1.74]
Total = $3.96, Get back $3.99 ECB for Free First Aid Case for buying three
= 99¢ per First aid product if you grab the bag or ALL gauze pads free if you use the $3.99 ECB on something else!

If you don’t have Carepass but you do have a $35 order online to get free shipping…

Buy (3) CVS Health guaze pads priced at $1.79 Reg. Price
Total = $5.37, Get back $3.99 ECB for Free First Aid Case for buying three
= $1.34 per First aid product if you grab the bag or each 46¢ each gauze pad if you use the  ECB on something else!
