I didn’t spot this deal in the ad, but it’s advertised online to earn a whopping $15 for spending $25 on Physician’s Formula! It should also work in-store. However, here is a scenario to grab it online. Remember that online you have to reach the $25 to the penny but in-store you can be a few pennies shy and still earn your ECB. When I try to place an order with ECB deals, the first deal will show you are on track to earn this reward and show that the order will earn the extrabucks. Every other ECB deal that I add to the order will not show that I have earned ECB. Does anyone know why this is happening?
Hi Bessie, this has happened to me the last few times, but I still earn the rewards. Sometimes I sign out and sign back in and then it updates and shows it, but sometimes it doesn’t. Or also try switching browsers. Just be sure you’ve added your offer correctly and selected from the items that are labeled for the ECB you are trying to earn.
